How we handle your personal data.

What we collect
When you use the quote form, your details are placed into a WhatsApp message (or an email) that you send to us yourself. If you also add files (for example a logo or a photo), the form saves your answers and those files in our private storage so that we can prepare your quote; only we can open them. We only receive what you choose to send. Your browser also remembers your country choice (Oman or UAE) and whether you closed a pop-up, so the site works the way you picked.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. We do not sell personal data.
Third parties
The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, and storage for quote requests is provided by Cloudflare. Fonts load from Google Fonts. WhatsApp and email are provided by their own companies, under their own privacy terms.
Your rights
Oman's Personal Data Protection Law and the UAE's Federal Personal Data Protection Law apply to how we handle personal data. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by writing to omae@autotechserve.com.
